Biography

Yelena is a Vice President at Raine and joined the firm in 2015.

Yelena primarily focuses on the firm’s principal and advisory assignments across the gaming, entertainment, and digital media sectors, especially cross-border transactions. While at Raine, Yelena has advised clients on a number of strategic and growth transactions, including Moonton’s sale to ByteDance, SpinX’s sale to Netmarble, Endeavor’s acquisition of Mailman, and the formation and capital raises for WME IMG China.

Yelena has a B.S. in Chemistry and a B.A. in Economics from Peking University and an M.S. in Commerce from University of Virginia.
