Ryan Johnson
Associate General Counsel
Ryan is an Associate General Counsel at Raine.
Prior to joining Raine, Ryan was a corporate associate at Goodwin Procter LLP, where he advised companies, venture capital funds, and other private investors on formations, equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and governance matters.
Ryan received his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law, graduating summa cum laude and Order of the Coif. He received his B.A. in history from James Madison University, graduating cum laude.
