Prior to joining Raine, Joe was a practicing attorney at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where he focused on private equity.

Joe received a B.A. in finance from California State University San Bernardino, graduating with honors, and a J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was a Senior Executive Editor of the NYU Law Review.
