Since joining the firm in 2020, Gianluca has been focused on principal and advisory assignments, working closely with companies across the technology, media, and telecommunications space.
Notable transactions include Chelsea F.C.’s sale to a consortium led by Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital, SYBO’s sale to Miniclip, Moonbug’s sale to Blackstone-backed Candle Media, and Elvie’s Series C capital raise.
Gianluca graduated from London Business School in 2020, where he received an M.Sc. in Financial Analysis. He also holds a B.Sc. in International Finance and Economics from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
