Avidha is a Vice President at Raine. While at Raine, Avidha has worked on transactions across the firm’s principal and advisory practices, including the $8.5bn merger of Star India and Viacom18, INR 1,000cr investment into Dharma Productions from Adar Poonawalla backed Serene Productions, Games24x7’s Series B capital raise, Raine’s investment into Games24x7, and CVC’s investment into ironSource.
Prior to joining Raine, Avidha worked with the Investment Banking teams at Morgan Stanley India and Hong Kong, focusing on M&A and Capital Market advisory assignments across sectors.
Avidha holds a B.A. in Economics from St Stephen’s College, Delhi.
