Biography
Jake is a Partner at Raine, where he leads the firm’s advertising, brands and commerce practice.
Prior to joining Raine in 2020, Jake was a Managing Director at Perella Weinberg, where he advised clients globally on a wide range of strategic transactions across the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors. Previously, Jake was a Vice President in Lazard’s TMT Group, an Associate in Barclays’ Communications & Media Group, and an Analyst in UBS Investment Bank’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
Jake holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
