Quincy is a Partner at Raine. Quincy has 30 years’ experience advising, investing and operating in the technology and media industry. Quincy joined Raine in June 2023 from Code Advisors, an independent merchant bank that Quincy co-founded in 2010 and that Raine has agreed to acquire. Code advised and grew alongside companies including Spotify, Twitter, Penn Entertainment, CBS and Discovery among others and successfully helped sell companies to Salesforce, Google, Comcast, Airbnb, Apple, Snap, Vox and others. Quincy formerly served as Chief Executive Officer of CBS Interactive for the CBS Corporation where he ran CBS.com, CBSNews.com, and Sportsline and acquired CNET among other projects.

Prior to joining CBS in November 2006, Quincy was an investment banker at Allen & Company where he was involved in multiple transactions for Google, AOL, Yahoo, Comcast and CNET while also managing investments in Sling Media among other transactions. Previously, Quincy spent five years at Netscape Communications where he ran Corporate Development and Investor Relations and played a role in over 20 joint ventures, investments and acquisitions including Netscape’s ultimate sale to AOL. Quincy began his professional career as an investment banker for Morgan Stanley’s Technology Group.

Quincy has a B.A. in Philosophy from Yale College.
