Victoria Pazdan
Senior Operations Vice President
Victoria is a Senior Operations Vice President at Raine.
Working under the COO, she focuses on general operational matters involving the firm and its investment management and investment banking businesses. Victoria joined Raine in 2016 and previously worked on both the legal and compliance teams. In these roles she focused on legal project management, fund closings and investment processes as well as maintaining and implementing the firm’s policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and managing other compliance obligations, including with respect to Raine’s various regulated entities.
Victoria graduated with a B.A. in Politics from New York University in 2016.
