Vice President


Rob is a Vice President at Raine and joined the firm in 2014. Rob is primarily focused on principal investing and advisory assignments within the music, entertainment and digital media sectors.

Currently based in New York, Rob has also spent time working with Raine Ventures in San Francisco on early stage technology and digital media investments in addition to spending time working in Raine’s London office. Advising clients on strategic and growth transactions, Rob has worked closely alongside management teams, entrepreneurs and investors, including Hitco Entertainment (founded by L.A. Reid and Charles Goldstuck), Q&A (founded by Troy Carter and Suzy Ryoo), Downtown Music Holdings, Alamo Records, Warner Music Group, Dubsmash, IMGN Media, FUGA, AVL Digital Group (owner of CD Baby) and Providence Equity Partners. Rob also actively supports the firm’s portfolio companies on music industry strategy and growth initiatives and has helped lead Raine’s principal investing efforts in the music industry, including in SoundCloud, Amuse and Rock The Bells.

Rob graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in Music and Financial Economics in 2014 and is a co-founder of the indie folk pop band Morningsiders, an active artist signed to Nettwerk Music Group.
