Mark Mager

Mark is a Managing Director at Raine. Mark is responsible for Raine’s private placement efforts on direct capital raises. Mark joined Raine from Credit Suisse where he led the firm’s private placement effort in the roles of Head of Private Capital Markets and Head of Private Syndicate.
Mark has been helping companies raise private capital for the past 17 years and has been solely focused on private placements since 2007. Prior to Credit Suisse, Mark founded Prospect Private Partners, a boutique advisory firm assisting issuers and investors on private placements following a successful career at Morgan Stanley, where he helped architect the firm’s private placement effort.
Mark has a degree in Economics from Harvard University.
