Kent is an Associate at Raine.
Since joining the firm in 2022, Kent has worked closely with companies across the technology, media and telecommunications space on both principal and advisory assignments. Notable transactions include Park County’s capital raise from Carlyle Group, Create Music Group’s capital raise from Flexpoint Ford, and the sale of a live events asset to a US-based private equity firm.
Kent graduated from Duke University in 2022. He received a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Trinity School of Arts and Sciences.
