Kenny Lee
Managing Director
Kenny is a Managing Director at Raine and joined the firm in 2014. Kenny is primarily focused on advisory and principal assignments within the gaming and interactive entertainment sectors.
While at Raine, Kenny has worked on a variety of transactions including: Sprint’s merger with T-Mobile, Epic Games’ $1.8bn private placement, the sale of SYBO (Subway Surfers) to Miniclip, Caesars Entertainment’s sale of Playtika to Giant Interactive, and the sale of UFC to Endeavor. He is also currently actively involved in Raine’s investments in DraftKings, Olo, Tripledot, and Huuuge Games.
Kenny helps lead Raine’s gaming investment strategy, including investments in Dorian and Zebedee where he serves as Board Observer.
Kenny graduated cum laude from Harvard College with an A.B. in Economics and a language citation in Chinese.
