Jason is an Associate at Raine.
Since joining the firm in 2022, Jason has worked closely with companies across the technology, media and telecommunications space on both principal and advisory assignments. Notable transactions include WWE’s merger with UFC and Raine’s principal investment in Firebird Music.
Jason graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2022. He received a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Statistics.
