Jamie Shinn
Associate General Counsel
Jamie serves as Associate General Counsel at Raine.
Prior to joining Raine, Jamie was a practicing attorney at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, where she advised companies on formation, mergers & acquisitions, equity and convertible debt financings, and corporate governance matters.
Jamie received a B.A. in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles, graduating summa cum laude, and a J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where she was a two-time recipient of the Edward Schwarzman Scholarship in Entertainment Law.
