Prior to joining Raine, Jacob worked at Morgan Stanley in the Investment Banking Division where he focused primarily on LBOs, mergers, and financing transactions in the Financial Sponsors Group.
Jacob graduated cum laude from Williams College in 2022 with a B.A. in History.
