Erik is a Partner at Raine, where he leads the firm’s Los Angeles office and its efforts in Entertainment and Content. With over 20 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry, Erik has played a key role in several of Raine’s major investments and advisory transactions. He was involved in Skydance’s proposed deal with Paramount. His other high-profile transactions include work with clients such as Endeavor, Park County, Candle Media, Universal, Warner Bros., Disney, Legendary Entertainment, Fifth Season and Weta Digital.
Erik currently serves on the board of directors for Imagine Entertainment, Propagate Content, VideoAmp, and Mediawan, all Raine portfolio companies. Prior to joining Raine, Erik built a career in the entertainment industry and has been recognized as one of Hollywood’s Top 20 Dealmakers by The Hollywood Reporter, in addition to being featured in Variety’s annual Dealmakers Impact Report.
Erik holds a B.A. from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
