Edi is an Associate at Raine.
Prior to joining Raine, Edi was a practicing attorney at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where he advised senior members of financial sponsor and portfolio company management teams on complex corporate transactions and strategic initiatives including M&A, buyouts and restructurings.
Edi graduated magna cum laude from Shippensburg University with a B.S. in Physics and a B.S. in Economics. Edi also earned a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
