Dara Leung
Managing Director
Dara is a Managing Director at Raine.
Since 2015, Dara has been involved with over $13bn of gaming transactions. At Raine, notable transactions include Caesars’ sale of Playtika to Shanghai Giant Network Technology, Churchill Downs’ sale of Big Fish Games to Aristocrat, CCP Games’ sale to Pearl Abyss, and Epic Games’ 2018 $1.25bn capital raise. Dara also helped lead a number of Raine’s gaming investments including Huuuge Games (HUG:WSE) and Games24x7.
Dara formerly served as the Director of Finance and Corporate Development at Epic Games. In this role, she was involved in the acquisitions of Tonic Games, RAD Game Tools, and Psyonix, Epic Games’ investment in Manticore, and several multi-billion dollar private capital raises. Dara started her career at McKinsey & Company.
Dara has a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
