Daniel Dozark

Daniel is a Vice President at Raine.
Daniel focuses on advisory mandates and principal investments across the music, live events and entertainment sectors and is a key member of the firm’s music practice. Since joining Raine in 2020, he has worked on a variety of transactions across the global music and entertainment landscape, including Create Music Group’s $165mm capital raise from Flexpoint Ford, the formation of Candle Media with backing from Blackstone, ATTN:’s sale to Candle Media, Providence Equity’s acquisition of Sweetwater, and SoundCloud’s $75mm investment from SiriusXM.
Daniel helped lead Raine’s investment into Firebird Music and is actively involved in Raine’s investments in Imagine and Propagate.
Prior to joining Raine, Daniel worked in the Global Investment Opportunities Group at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where he delivered cross-asset class investment strategies to sophisticated ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
Daniel graduated from Northwestern University with B.A.’s in Economics and Piano Studies and earned an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a classically trained pianist with over 15 years of study.
