Aditya Harnal
Senior Principal
Aditya is a Senior Principal at Raine Ventures and helps lead the firm’s early stage investments. He was previously a Vice President on the growth equity and advisory side of the business at Raine.
Aditya brings extensive experience and a deep network of relationships in technology, consumer, marketplaces, brands and retail and has spent time at Raine leading the firm’s efforts in such spaces. His investments include Heyday, Xpoint, MusicInfra, Talkshoplive and Barn2Door. He sits on the board of MusicInfra and is a board observer at Xpoint, Antenna, Talkshoplive, and Barn2Door.
Prior to Raine, Aditya worked at two Silicon Valley startups in the technology space, most recently leading Strategic Finance at Shift and previously working in business development at CircleUp. He began his career in investment banking at Lazard in the firm’s Consumer & Retail M&A group in New York and graduated summa cum laude from Connecticut College with a B.A. in Economics & International Relations.
