Dan is a Managing Director at Raine.
Since joining Raine in 2015, Dan has been primarily focused on principal and advisory assignments, with a focus on the firm’s effort across advertising, brands, commerce, and creators.
While at Raine, Dan has assisted a number of Raine’s clients and portfolio companies in developing and executing on their growth strategies, having worked on select transactions, including Influential’s sale to Publicis Groupe, MyCode’s sale to Ariel Alternatives, Sprint’s merger with T-Mobile, SoftBank’s sale of its stake in Supercell to Tencent, the development of Endeavor’s corporate strategy and initial public offering, PGA Tour’s $3.0bn private placement, Fanatics’ $1.0bn private placement, FC Cincinnati’s $150mm private placement, and Foursquare’s acquisitions of Placed, Factual, and Unfolded. Dan is actively involved in Raine’s investments in Premier Lacrosse League, Textplus, Robin, GenXComm, PubNub, and Foursquare, the latter of which he serves as a board observer.
Dan graduated with High Distinction from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in 2015, where he received a B.B.A. with emphases in Accounting and Finance.
