Anthony (“AK”) spent 28 years at Credit Suisse, beginning in Industrials M&A and ultimately serving as the Global Head of ECM Syndicate, overseeing all IPOs, Follow-ons, SPACs, Private Placements and Risk trades. His experience across capital markets and investment banking includes personally advising high-profile growth companies such as Alibaba, Google, DraftKings, Palantir, and Manchester United, among hundreds of others, on going public and raising equity. He has also worked alongside Raine on private capital raises for DraftKings and Epic Games.
In 2023, AK served as Partner and CEO of the Americas at Azura Partners, a Monaco-based global wealth manager with $5 billion in assets under management. He led the firm’s Strategic Opportunities Group globally, focusing on investing in mid- to late-stage growth companies.
Anthony has a B.A. from Amherst College, where he graduated with Honors as a double major in Economics and Psychology.
