Ethan Goldberg

Ethan is an Associate at Raine on the Private Capital Markets team.
Before joining Raine, Ethan worked at Fifth Wall, a venture capital fund, where he led the co-investment platform and supported portfolio companies with capital markets activities. Prior to that, he was part of Morgan Stanley’s Private Capital Markets group, raising equity and debt for late-stage private companies across various industries. Ethan began his career at Goldman Sachs.
He holds a B.S. in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
