David S. Weintraub
Associate General Counsel
David serves as Associate General Counsel at Raine.
Prior to joining Raine, David was a practicing attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where he was a member of the firm’s corporate group, focusing on private funds and their sponsors as well as related regulatory matters.
David received a B.A. in urban studies and political science, summa cum laude, from Queens College – CUNY, and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
