Tommaso Armanini
Vice President
Tommaso is a Vice President at Raine. Tommaso focuses on supporting the firm’s EMEA principal and advisory activities primarily in sports, live entertainment, and media.
Since joining Raine in 2019, Tommaso has advised on a range of transactions, including Chelsea FC’s £4.25bn sale to a consortium led by Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital, CVC’s minority investment in Superstruct Entertainment, Eagle Football’s acquisition of Olympique Lyonnais Groupe, and the sale of Seattle Reign FC to Carlyle and the Seattle Sounders FC. His experience also includes advising Elvie on a $95m+ investment led by BGF and BlackRock, SoundCloud on its $75m investment from SiriusXM, Marcelo Claure on his investment in Girona FC, and The Equity Club’s investment in Rainbow, Raine’s first Italian transaction.
Prior to Raine, Tommaso worked at Altman Solon and in Corporate Development and Strategy at Warner Bros. Discovery. He holds a Masters in Management from London Business School and a B.Sc. in Political Economy from King’s College London, where he was awarded Best Overall Academic Performance.
